Stał w miejscu zajmowanym niegdyś przez pomnik Moltkego. Został zburzony i od pewnego czasu trwa budowa "zastępcy".

The Poltegor building.
It stood exactly at the spot from which Herr Moltke used to watch Breslau citizens taking their evening strolls down the street. It was demolished and new construction is under way.
